Education:

- Undergraduate from IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges (BITs - Pilani, NSIT, DCE)

- Min 70% marks through out

Years of experience: 2-3

- Senior client level engagement

- Problem solving / solution development

- Leadership skills to manage both Rivigo and client team

Personal attributes:

- We are looking for go-getters, with high drive and ownership who will be able to strengthen existing client relationships.

- The person should be able to understand client needs and requirements, conceptualize & design solutions for them, also support in creating pitch documents / responding to RFQs

- Candidate should demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, hyper-normal growth environment

Core Responsibilities:

This is a sales development role. Enterprise team would be handling the 200+ largest clients for Rivigo. ASM will be responsible for developing a set of enterprise clients

1. ASMs would play a pivotal role in farming of these large clients - they would help develop and manage a sales book of Rs 150-200 Cr

2. In order to create transformational impact at our clients, ASMs would be required to form relationship with senior level clients, drive the execution to deliver performance and ensure overall high level of satisfaction with Rivigo

3. ASMs could have a team supporting them for a client (s) which could be spread across the country at client locations
