Account/Senior Account Manager - Public Relations Agency (4-6 yrs)
We are looking for talented and ambitious PR professionals with 4-8 years of agency or corporate PR experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Client Servicing and Account Management :
- Develop a thorough understanding of client's business and PR requirements
- Drafting Quarterly or Monthly PR plans for clients
- Ensuring regular tracking and full delivery on all client deliverables
- Ensuring high-quality of service delivery: all content, other documents, emails, reports etc. should uphold the Evoc's standards
- Ensuring all Evoc processes are followed without fail
- Ensuring all deadlines are honored and tracked
Team management :
- Nurturing and growing a self-sufficient and high-performance team
- Ensuring that team member appraisals are conducted on time
- Managing team's workload is distributed effectively - giving reasonable deadlines and tracking progress made; no team member should be overworked OR out of work
Media Relations :
- Develop a thorough understanding of the ever-changing media environment
- Ensuring the development of key media relations for and on behalf of respective clients
- Creating and nurturing high-level media contacts across key organizations
- Help the team grow their media relations consistently
KEY SKILLS :
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
- Project management skills, particularly suitable in an agency environment
- Outstanding people and interpersonal skills
