Account Receivable Manager - US Staffing (8-12 yrs)
Account Receivable Manager (US Staffing)
- Professional with USA Staffing account receivable/Payment Posting/Credit Balance/Billing, experience to research and resolve working on Denial on the claim, settle unapplied Cash though insurance outreach, portal access and claim review.
- Research & Reconcile AR, match Carrier pmts to Open AR, Rebill & Refund carrier. Determine Overpay due to pricing table ADJ, or need to refund customer due to CoPay, if deem the overpayment due to error refund to Carriers.
- Implementation and Oversight of billing system
- Submitting invoices through client portals
- Process Accounts accurately basis US staffing billing within defined TAT
- Able to process payer rejection with accuracy within defined TAT.
- 24-7 Environment, Open for night shifts 06:30pm to 03:30am only
- Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Overseeing collections team member to ensure that invoices are followed up on regularly and collected
- Developing metrics to track and monitor collection performance goals
- Review and submittal to Controller of quarterly allowance for doubtful account analysis
- Reporting and Other
- Analysis on Actual Revenue to Budget
- Reviewing and reconciling information and data from Salesforce and work with Sales Operations Team to correct underlying data and issues encountered
- Oversee Sales Tax process and ensure compliance with Sales Tax Rules
- Oversee Order to Cash Process and identify solutions to improve on overall process
- Create and produce accounts payable related reports for management or other review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/PG Degree in Accounting or related field
- 8-12 years professional experience in Billing/Revenue Role
- Experience managing employees required
- Highly Proficient in Excel
- Experience implementing Billing system preferred
- Excellent written communication skills
