Our Client is looking for a new breed of Account Planner. The worlds of PR, advertising, branding, design and experiential marketing have converged, tied together by Integrated Brand Engagement. You understand them all. You are excited to be leading the path to this new world of marketing with consumers. We are looking for an experienced strategist with experience working across teams; delivering superior work and service to a diverse, blue-chip clientele; and helping the team to win new business.

Here's what we need you to bring to the table:

- Account planning experience and the latest and most innovative methods for obtaining insights and creating relevant and inspiring brands - moving from the brief to the big idea

- An openness to learning the way of working (planning) but also contributing with new ideas

- A spirit of partnership regarding account planning to work with a larger team, including account servicing teams, creative and others

- Insight and idea generation to new business pitches

- A demonstrated track record of executing successful marketing and communications programs

- A visionary who is forward thinking and knows how to demonstrate the value of our offer to clients as well as internal stakeholders

- A willingness to - get your hands dirty- in putting together strategic presentations

- Working with/leading primary research specialists and secondary research analysts to provide clear specifications for actionable relevant research to the team and clients

- Experience analyzing brand equity in context of trends and consumer motivations in order to define the most compelling opportunities for brands

- Presentation of research/strategy findings

- The vision to train a team of curious people on the role of account planning and how it can bring value to clients

- Crafting inspiring creative briefs and provides clear persuasive and inspiring briefings to creative

- A relentless and very visible passion for the role of account planning

- Excellent writing and presentation skills

- Tact and diplomacy and FUN.

Total Experience: 6+ years of experience from an Advertising agency/ Senior Manager level
