Job Title: Account Manager -- Pre Sales / Solution Head

Experience: 15 - 20 years

Education:

- Bachelors degree (Engineering preferred)

- Post graduate in Business/Finance, Chartered Accountancy, Others.

Job Location:Mumbai

Job Description:

Pre Sales/Solutions Head Location India Reporting to the Global Head and Vice President for Business Excellence for Banking and Financial Services (senior leadership role in Banking and Financial Services Vertical)

- 15 years + of which significant (4-5 years) time spent in Pre Sales.

- Bachelors degree (Engineering preferred)

- Post graduate in Business/Finance, Chartered Accountancy, Others.

- Should be open to frequent travel within the US and also to India and Europe in some cases

- Must have worked in the BNFS space extensively in large deals ($20M +) pursuit / or delivery of large engagement

- Must have sound knowledge of deal management, pre-sales processes including methodologies, estimation, schedule preparation, solutioning, account research, solution pitch preparation, solution defense etc.

- Must have good understanding of the industry and technology trends in the space.

- Good program management skills

- Ability to comprehend, see big picture, ability to abstract and good presentation skills Career path - can eventually move into offshore delivery or onsite engagement leadership roles

- Must have the ability to work with diverse set of functions, engage with customer and lead conversations and discussions on deals / programs.

- Should be able to articulate and build relationships at senior levels within the client organization.

- Must be able to work as a senior consultant / program mentor for kicking off large programs.

- Should be able to work with cross functional teams especially in putting together bids in pursuit of opportunities

- Strong people skills with high integrity and a team attitude.

- This person is also expected to have outstanding written and oral communication skills reflective of the senior management
