Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for: - KPIs - On-boarding / Retention / Feedback/ Up Selling - Cross Selling - Account Farming - Cross-sell/ Up-sell - Own a customer post sales closure - Customer On-boarding - Co-ordination in Project Implementation - Regular Customer Feedback - Customer Payment success in co-ordination with Finance Team - Understand business requirements - Co-ordinate with Engineering team in implementation - Sales Support to Sales Managers - Internal Product Feedback to Product Management Team on regular basis - Pre-sales Activities Ideal Candidate Profile: - 4-8 years of experience - Strong account management experience - Farming existing Major Accounts. - Strong technical bent and familiarity with contact center technology - Software Solution Sales Experience - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Driving passion to delight customers - Experience managing supervisory level resources (e.g., managers / leads) preferred - Strong customer management and communication skills, both written and verbal
