Role Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients in the US sales division.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads.
- Create and deliver presentations to clients showcasing Mindtel's products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports to project revenue and client engagement levels.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close sales effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate account updates in CRM software.
- Facilitate conflict resolution when issues arise with clients.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align on promotional efforts and campaigns.
- Support clients throughout the onboarding process for new products and services.
- Participate in industry conferences and networking events to expand professional relationships.
- Provide feedback from clients to enhance product and service development.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with US market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Demonstrable negotiation skills with experience closing deals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
