Job Description :
- Taking responsibility of account management & hunting for new through Channel Partner.
- Deals all Wire line & Wireless Products like ILL, PRI, Voice & Data (Mobility), VLT, MPLS, M-M & Cloud
- Responsible for net Voice & Data Achievement
- Retention of the existing customers and enhance the revenue.
- Generating business from existing customer
- Implementing strategies for better customer experience (C-SAT)
- Taking care of customer Life Cycle Management
- Maintaining positive revenue flow from the existing set of customer
- Handling Channel Partners Infrastructure and driving business through them.
