Job Title : Account Manager
Educational Qualification : MBA (Fresher, Tier 1 Institutes)
Shift starts from 6:00 PM IST
Duties of an Account Manager :
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned accounts
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients
- Makes sure clients receive requested services in a timely fashion
- Coordinates with Delivery / Support team members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Services multiple clients concurrently
Required skills :
- Good listening skills
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good presentation skills
- Effective time management skills
Nice to Have Skills :
- Computer Science background
- Basic understanding of a sales cycle process
