Account Manager

- We are hiring a self-motivated and techno-function Account Manager in Mumbai with 5-8 years of experience in Banking/BI/Analytics space. An ideal candidate should have an MBA from a reputed B-school with an engineering background.

- You have a deep passion about the Banking/BI/Analytics space and the deep understanding of the same in a techno-functional capacity.

- You have managed independent P&Ls and Client Relationships and served as the escalation point of contact for clients

- You have experience of adhering to delivery assurance to the existing clients. You have been exposed to delivery at some point of time in your past experience.

- You have worked with the delivery teams to escalate and prioritize client issues.

- You have understanding of the nuances and art of managing challenging client expectations.

- You have played a consultative / advisory approach in helping a client navigate through their problems to prefer a solution from you.

- You have the focus on account expansion and revenue generation and have a perspective to map a client account, the key stakeholders, the opportunities that are present and translate this understanding into business opportunities.

- You have engaged with the service / support desk as a client advocate to ensure speedy resolution of client issues.

Required Skills:

a. Current Experience :

- Should be currently in a revenue (sales / AM) role in an IT Services / solutions / Product company with atleast 1 year in the same role

b. Previous experience (at least one of the below):

- Worked in a core banking implementation (e.g. finacle, T24, murex, flexcube etc.)

- Worked with a bank with as a Business Analyst for the IT department

- Worked in implementation of a datawarehouse at a bank

Or

- Worked with an IT Product / services company in software development role

- And Worked with a bank in operations / sales (corporate or retail) / risk / compliance / IT role / strategy

c. Education :

1. MBA from a reputed B-school with an engineering background.
