Job Responsibilities :

- Ensure customer success using the company's product

- Fast track new accounts to hashtag #SaaS usage

- Improve Customer Retention

- Lead ongoing customer engagement

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer support/engagement roles where product usage was the focus

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Strong Customer Empathy and Business Orientation

- Experience with SaaS applications
