Account Manager - Pharma/Healthcare/Medical - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (3-5 yrs)

Job Profile : Account Manager

Experience : 3 - 4 years (Pharma and med device companies)

Qualification : Graduation in science and MBA from top tie institutes.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Establish long-term strategic partnerships with key industry players

- End to end Project Management of partnerships


- Manage multiple projects, develop project plans, coordinate issues between client, stakeholders, 3rd party, and produce key project deliverables

- Developing and maintaining the strategic account plans for the accounts assigned

- Co-ordination with the internal teams to ensure delivery of assignments in a timely manner

- Ensure that we maintain business year on year and add additional business from same customer

The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver with sharp communication and interpersonal skills. He has a client-oriented approach and strong negotiation skills. He must be able to engage and coordinate large groups of cross-department people in order to meet achieve results.

Skills :

- Candidate should be having life sciences background ( Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Molecular biology, Biochemistry and allied subjects) is a must.

- Ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with little supervision

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Empathic development of long-term customer relationships

- Agile project management

Experience :

- Start-up experience is preferable

- 2+ years of experience in account management is a plus


Salary Offered : 18-22 LPA
