- Ability to forecast accurately

- Seeding product requirements at MHA and responsibility to manage the assigned territory.
- Must have the ability to deal with internal stakeholders and execute tasks/ assignments set before and beyond KRA- s/ KPI- s
- Developing & maintaining relationships with clients to generate new business.
- Will respond to technical and proposal requests from existing and prospective clients
. - Provide market and BD planning information, forecasts, and reports.
- Develop, manage and implement commercial initiatives and participate in strategy formulation.
- Participate in and visit market-related conferences, tradeshows, organize seminars and give presentations at events that offer exposure to potential customers.
- Helping the organization in developing a user centric product, by taking feedback and understanding use case scenarios
- Ability to manage customer escalations and define plans to meet customer requirements.
- Ability to translate technical specifications into the customer value proposition.
- Ability to maintain and present data for faster decision-making.
- Ability to leverage Digital platforms for customer relationship
- Ability to enhance customer intimacy across traditional and digital channels
