Account Manager, Marketplaces

We are looking for someone to manage brand accounts on our B2C and B2B marketplaces. The selected candidate will be completely responsible for maintaining brand health on our platforms for their respective accounts.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing brands

- Maintain brand health on the platform - catalog, inventory, pricing, discounts

- Grow the sales of the brand on the platform by setting proper expectations and providing clear communication to the brand and creating/managing a comprehensive brand growth plan

- Maintain and provide live sales reports of the brand to internal and external stakeholders

- Be the single point of contact for the brand for all questions starting from agreements, inventory, discounts, operations to reconciliations

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management in the fashion e-commerce domain

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- A strong interest in the Retail/ eCommerce sector, brand awareness, and retail trends

- Good negotiation skills

- Excellent time and task management skills

- Understanding a retail brand's growth drivers

- Basic digital marketing understanding

- Customer-centric, creative, and analytical problem-solving mindset

- Advanced data handling/Excel skills and a keen eye for detail
