Position Overview :

- Account Manager is responsible for handling large relationship for the company. Position holder will be responsible to lead conversations with client(s), manage their day-to-day engagement, handle their queries and manage their expectations.

- Dispute handling and query management will be key skill required in the role. They are also required to work with global teams while customer queries.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management :

- Serve as primary day-to-day point of contact for client engagements.

- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the client's day-to-day Procurement, Business Sponsors and Other Support Functions.

- Leading conversations in daily/weekly calls with stakeholders

- Manages delivery of client solution as contracted.

- Manage scope creep and other program risks; anticipate and address issues before they occur.

- Manage escalation and conflicts proactively by engaging with the clients and identifying sustainable solutions to manage such situations.

- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.

- Implement a program metrics and evaluation plan consistent with the overall global rollout. Prepare and participate in periodic business reviews with client.

Project Management :

- Manage high quality delivery of services for assigned clients.

- Manage each program on budget and to the timeline.

- Involve and inform key stakeholders as needed

- Collaborate with Delivery team and other project team members.

Vendor Relationship Management :

- Work closely with vendors and clients in identifying new roles for benchmarking and price mapping and keep the rate card up to date.

- Negotiate pricing with vendors based on ranges provided by the client.

- Periodic Review of Vendor performance against client defined SLA and identify areas of concern. Work closely with Vendors to manage the SLA and remediate the gaps, if any.

- Identify and onboard new vendors to the program to cater to the client demand. Build and maintain good vendor network.

- Weekly and monthly engagement with Vendors to understand their challenges and work with Client to manage them.

Others :

- Identify pain points and help improve the process

- Spot process and control improvement opportunities

- Due to global nature of relationship, prepared to manage calls outside of normal working hours
