Account Manager - Lease Administration - Real Estate

- To lead the real estate transactions & estates management function.

- Work with Client team to undertake a review of portfolio including existing lease expires, tracking critical dates etc.

- Coordinate site visits, due diligence etc. between the client and the shortlisted sites.

- Oversee negotiations.

- Coordinate the process of signing and registration of agreements for closeout of the transaction.

- Support in the preparation of annual budgets and participate in reviews for owned and/or leasehold commitments.

Salary range - 7-8 LPA
