Account Manager - IT Services - BFS Sector (8-12 yrs)

 Account Management

- Responsible for mining existing GIC customers

- Responsible for building a sales pipeline by taking company's value propositions to CTO, CIO, CMO, CDO organizations and closure of the same

- Client relationship management - building and managing relationships with client personnel at various levels

- Manage a portfolio of projects to meet agreed revenue targets, Margin and CSAT targets

- Account Planning and Governance - completely responsible for all Client Management processes (Plan-Sell-Deliver-Manage)

- Build an Account Plan for the account scope - with details of the relationships required, the opportunities that have to be chased, and the revenue expected from such opportunities, as well as potential threats and weaknesses that need to be addressed

- Responsible for Account growth, consultative solutions and thought leadership

- Establish and execute account strategy with clear mapping to customer priorities and competitive landscape

 Preferred Skills:

- Experience of working in IT service companies with focus on GICs

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, analytical and presentation skills

- Experience in interacting and building relationship with client contacts at various levels

- Good understanding of industry landscape, key trends and strategies of major technology and services players

- Client facing roles/onsite experience working at a customer location is a must

- Experience in pre-sales/responding to RFP's is a plus

 - Willingness to travel
