Account Manager - IT (2-5 yrs)

We are looking to hire an experienced Key Account Manager to maintain solid relationships with the company's key clients. The Account Manager's responsibilities include contribution to the company's revenue growth by ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided and identifying scope for improvement on projects to deliver best execution results for clients.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Ownership and accountability of delivery for clients allocated with respect to management and delivery.

- Nurturing and sustaining relationships with clients allocated to bring in dependability.

- Developing a thorough understanding of client needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.

- Acting as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and clear communication at all times.

- Addressing and resolving key clients- queries and pain points.

- Gather required info to set up and onboard new clients.

- Implement best practices to ensure success of campaigns

- Work on new use cases and conversation flows with the product team.

- Taking proactive measures to ensure best delivery and results for the client.

- Coordination with various internal teams involved to provide best service to client.

- Constantly monitor and evaluate campaign metrics in order to make optimization recommendations that will drive further success.

- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.

Experience and Skills Required:

- 2+ years of professional experience in managing client relationships.

- Deep understanding of the performance-based marketing and sales journey.

- Understanding of the Google Ads suite of products, Facebook Ads Manager + other media buying platforms will be an added advantage.

- The ability to multitask and coordinate multiple accounts at the same time.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- An entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm to work within a small and agile team.

- Highly-analytical with ability to articulate findings and solution oriented.

- Attention to detail with the capability to lead multiple, challenging priorities simultaneously while in a high-pressure, high-risk environment.

- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders, must have the ability to work on process-improvements initiatives and projects.
