Territory Account Manager - Inside Sales
- Primary purpose of the Inside Sales Manager is to Drive Sales Revenue, Drive Territory based
- Revenue Targets or Software Solution based Revenue Targets (Specialists Solutions Sales).
- Be Accountable for delivering the committed Sales Targets and Revenue forecasts.
- Drive Team Coverage strategy and actions plan during territory / account planning activity with support from Field Sales Managers/Director in addition to Virtual Account Teams consisting of Presales, Business Development Managers and Industry Solution Directors.
- Manager a team of Inside Sales Account Executives and be responsible for the success of each one of them in addition to Managing and driving Team Revenue Targets.
- Drive engagement with Partners for Territory and Account Planning activities with a focus to drive Indirect Revenue.
- Drive focus on revenue opportunity within a large number of accounts through segmentation of key opportunity groups.
- Management experience in an MNC Software License Sales experience in India
- Experience of having successful experience in multi channel go to market models and driven Indirect channel sales
- Have experience selling ERP, Business Intelligence, Middleware, Database, Mobility and other
- Business Software Solutions like CRM, HCM, Supply Chain etc.,
- Very strong communication skills
- Experience of having managed a team of at least 8-10 Sales Account Executives with strong
- People management skills
- Strong understanding of the Enterprise and Technology software market for India
