We are hiring for a Account Manager - Sales with the strong Enterprise selling (SAP) background for our IT Services client based at Bangalore. Your Role & Responsibilities: - Manage and grow a given set of global accounts in terms of order booking, revenue, profits, customer satisfaction, etc - Increase the company's footprint in the account - Ensure successful delivery of services in close coordination with departments and project teams - Build relationships with key executives in these accounts Required Skills: - Engineering graduates with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience, MBA is a plus - Must have handled accounts with annuity revenue of atleast $2M in IT services - Experience in relevant domain (Mfg., CPG, Retail, Pharma, Utilities) - Should have Enterprise selling experience - Worked on IT Services (T&M, FP, SI, Digital) - Must have closed atleast 1 solution deal worth $1M - Must have worked in SAP domain for atleast 3 years Personal Attributes: - Team player who can work with internal and external teams to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction - Self-starter, high on energy and drive - Excellent written &amp; oral communication skills - Excellent Interpersonal &amp; problem solving abilities - Must be able to operate independently - Ability to lead through ambiguity
