Account Manager - Enterprise Sales - IT (3-5 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES :
1. Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory.
2. Traveling to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
3. Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling to new and existing customers.
4. Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
5. Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
6. Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
7. Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.
SKILLS :
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Businesses Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred.
2. Proven outside sales experience.
3. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
4. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
5. Strong consultative sales skills.
6. Excellent organizational skills.
7. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
8. Exceptional customer service skills.
9. Detail-oriented.
10. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
