Manager - Account Management - To manage our clients relationship with Tata Steel

Title Description :

The candidate must have 6-10 years of work experience in the field of sales and account management. He/she is expected to manage the existing account and make it reach new heights through sales of our offerings. Must possess good knowledge of the manufacturing industry and should have a business acumen and zeal to grow/progress.

We are seeking a strong person from training/Hiring Background to manage relation of our client with Tata Steel.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Growing relationships with the client based on trust and respect

- Develop and implement programs effective for enhancing sales and relationship

- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment

- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes

- Understanding the client requirements and customizing the product/services as per their needs

Skills and Competencies:

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to understand client's needs and present solutions accordingly

- Understanding of market and product

Relationships: Will report to Head (Digital & English)

CTC: As per the industry standards

Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand
