1. Manage client relationships, increase share of business and lead a team of recruiters in a start-up environment 2. Set up the delivery process and team for this start up business. 3. Work closely with management to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations 4. Manage a team of recruiters and to ensure that together they fulfil the recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent. 5. Grow and foster high-touch relationships with existing clients and to grow the share of business from them 6. Ability for new business development /prospecting new customers is a plus. 7. Preparing sales information and effective proposals for consultants and clients 8. Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Management/ Sales/ HR management (or related field) Experience: 6-8 years experience in the IT Staffing Industry in delivery Preferred Industries: IT staffing / Professional Staffing / Temping / Contract hiring Competencies Required : 1. Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems 2. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search 3. Relevant experience in the IT Staffing industry 4. Hands on IT recruitment knowledge 5. Solid understanding of IT skills in demand in the market 6. Team management experience of recruiters 7. Client management skills 8. Must have a strong understanding of tech skills 9. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
