JOB DESCRIPTION - ACCOUNT MANAGER- South Asia

Would want the candidate to be conversant in Bengali as a language.

Job Location:

This position will be based out of Dubai, UAE but will cover the Bangladesh market. It will also involve travelling across the regions

Primary Responsibilities:

- Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts, building relationship & engaging with existing clients, which are bankers.

- Travel across Bangladesh, ensuring we have a strong foothold with our existing clients.

- Develop new business opportunities with potential customers at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions.

- Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of D&B solutions and services.

- Maintain a robust deal pipeline & effectively manage large scale, complex contracts negotiations and close new business deals with potential customers, working closely with the Regional Manager.

- Collaborate with professional services and other support teams to ensure successful implementations.

- Develop and execute a strategic business plan that meets or exceeds established sales goals and supports Company revenue and profitability targets.

- Prepare and give business reviews and presentations to the senior management team as on when required.

Required Skills & Personal Attributes:

- Possess excellent inter-personal and communication skills.

- Account Management Experience

- Must travel 15-20 days in a month on business

- High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.)

- Self-driven with a high level of motivation and energy; a strong - can do- attitude; ability and willingness to work in a dynamic set-up with maturity and flexibility

- Ability to pro-actively identify ways to contribute to firms goals & mission

Preferred Experience:

- 3-5 years of sales or business development experience.

- Experience in managing banking relationships & also C- Level relationships in Corporates.

- Understanding of the operations of banks / or large / mid size global firms.

Candidate Background:

- Bachelor's degree / Master's degree will be a plus.

- Male candidates with good command of English as well as Bengali. As the main region to cover is Bangladesh, knowledge of Bengali will be an added advantage.
