Job Description:
- Top dot com company are hiring a self-motivated candidates experience in Banking/It/dotcom.
- Should have managed independent P&Ls and Client Relationships and served as the escalation point of contact for clients
- Candidate should have experience of adhering to delivery assurance to the existing clients. You have been exposed to delivery at some point of time in your past experience.
- Candidate should have worked with the delivery teams to escalate and prioritize client issues.
- Candidate should have understanding of the nuances and art of managing challenging client expectations.
- Candidate should have played a consultative / advisory approach in helping a client navigate through their problems to prefer a solution.
- Candidate should have the focus on account expansion and revenue generation and have a perspective to map a client account, the key stakeholders, the opportunities that are present and translate this understanding into business opportunities.
