Account Manager Details Of Job Description :


- Have a minimum of 3 years of account coordination/account management


- Experience Hands on Experience on Email Marketing will be an add on.


- Experience managing, prioritizing and tracking several projects with competing deadlines.


- Ability to craft clear and concise communications to multiple stake holders on project statuses.


- Demonstrated success in thinking through client issues and providing creative solutions.


- Comfortable with tight deadlines with the ability to manage client expectations and create processes for efficient project management.

Key Responsibilities:


- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly. Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions. Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.


- Account Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with clients to create account plans and strategies aligned with their goals. Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional products or services. Work closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet client expectations.


- Communication and Reporting: Clearly communicate the value of products or services to clients. Provide regular updates on account status and performance. Prepare and present reports on key account metrics and progress.


- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and prevent recurring issues.


- Sales and Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling. Collaborate with the sales team to explore new business opportunities within existing accounts.


- Contract Negotiation and Renewals: Manage contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company. Facilitate the renewal process and work towards securing long-term relationships.


- Market and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Use market knowledge to provide clients with insights and recommendations.
