Job Title: Account Head - Acquisitions (South India)
Location: Bangalore
Region: South India
Reporting To: Associate Director - Sales (North & South)
Role Objective
Responsible for driving new customer acquisition and enterprise revenue growth across the South India territory. The role requires a hunter sales profile with strong experience in solution selling across CPaaS / SaaS / AI-based offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end enterprise acquisition across assigned geography and accounts.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through targeted prospecting, outbound outreach and qualification.
- Lead consultative sales cycles including requirement analysis, solution positioning, demos (with specialists), and proposal creation.
- Develop and implement deal strategy, forecasting, and territory plans to consistently meet revenue targets.
- Negotiate commercials, oversee contract finalization, and ensure timely closure of new deals.
- Establish and maintain CXO and senior stakeholder relationships at prospective accounts.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Customer Success, BDRs, and Inside Sales for coordinated execution.
- Support cross-sell and multi-solution opportunities when required, including handling complex enterprise deals.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in enterprise / solution / partner sales, preferably in CPaaS / SaaS / AI domain.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and earning high commissions.
- Strong enterprise account penetration and partner/channel management exposure.
- Experience in engaging and presenting to CXO-level stakeholders.
- Awareness of market landscape / players in the CPaaS ecosystem (advantageous).
- Demonstrated strengths in communication, negotiation, pipeline management, and relationship building.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
