Account Expansion Role - SaaS Sales (5-10 yrs)

Job Description:

We are looking to employ a driven and experienced sales individual to increase sales within an assigned lead base. The Account Manager's responsibilities include delivering presentations to potential customers, evaluating the performance of the lead generated Vs closed and preparing concise sales reports. You should also be able to develop as well as modify customer frequency plans as needed. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding the company's footprint, and meeting revenue targets, for the assigned leads.

To be successful as an Account Manager, you should be committed to driving sales and adept at managing as well as closing leads. Ultimately, an outstanding Inside Sales Account

Manager should demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills at all times.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers

2. Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.

3. Meeting & exceeding sales targets for the assigned territories.

4. Expanding the existing customer base.

5. Implementing a sales management process to assist the Enterprise Excellence team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.

6. Prepare regular reports and participate in regular meetings to review performance

7. Prepares action plans for effective conversion of leads to closure prospects.

8. Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.

9. Assist Account Managers in preparation of proposals and presentations.

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.

2. 5+ years of proven sales experience; SaaS sales experience is preferred.

3. Experience in FinTech/HRTech product sales

4. Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.

5. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

6. Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
