The Incumbent will be the main visionary and strategist and architect for the Account's Operational Delivery Plan and will be the port of first call for the client on all matters related to Facility Management Operations on account but also as a connect to the Corporate Support and Governance team - He/She will be responsible for delivering the Account plan and ensuring for the account's plans which will achieve desired outcomes and ensure a healthy long-term relationship with the client and his organisation. - You will take integrated approach to best manage operations within the client's portfolio, bringing together resources from multiple sites to deliver comprehensive solutions for the client. - She/He will be responsible for Compliance to the Client's Quality Standards and Quality standards wherever respectively applicable. - Also, you will be at the forefront of account operations, taking charge of all the resources - including technology, manpower and standard operating procedures- needed to run the operations safely, smoothly and seamlessly - B Tech / BE in Mechanical / Electrical - 15-20 Years exp Multi-Site Facilities Account Management including : - Engineering (Predictive / Preventive &amp; Corrective maintenance of multi-site Electro-Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering functions, Qualification of Assets) - Facility Services - Safety &amp; Quality framework - Understanding the Life Sciences industry, environment, business needs including GxP audit experience Comp 40-50 L Kalpana Chhatriwala CorporateSearch
