Key Responsibility Areas :
- Lead and manage Digital & CRM account management and production team, establish goals, mentor & identify training needs.
- Lead and mentor development of digital first ideas and innovations.
- Ensure successful delivery of digital first ideas and projects with primary focus on brand/project KPIs, and maintain project management discipline
- Support scoping, resourcing, estimation and development of budget recommendations for projects & overall digital & CRM function
Required Skills :
- A digital - native- with knowledge of all existing and emerging digital channels.
- Comprehensive understanding of online marketing strategy, tactics/tools/channels and execution.
- Strong understanding of measurement and tracking tools within all digital channels.
- Experience with Brand websites, SEO/SEM, email campaigns and mobile marketing
- Experience with Email & SMS campaigns
- Dynamic leadership, management and team building skills.
- Strong client facing skills.
- Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills
- Excellent project management skills.
- Knowledge of all agency functional areas; including production, media, research and database.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
