Job Description - This position will provide leadership to effectively deliver Transactions and Strategy for Real Estate portfolio in India. The resource will work along with the Corporate Real Estate leaders in India to manage not just the life cycle of the transactions and Portfolio Strategies, but also risk-manage the complete RE portfolio.

Description :

Partner with client strategy team to ensure seamless integration and holistic approach.

- Effectively manages a team responsible for performing a large volume and variety of real estate transaction projects to achieve and set monthly and annual deliverables.

- Implements real estate plans under larger spectrum of overall client account, with an understanding of the client's strategic real estate goals.

- Assist with project initiation and scope definition, identification of clients' needs goals, objectives, constraints, timing budget. Prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones.

- Manages external relationships with clients, industry forums, related associations, professional bodies, consultants and partners in the industry and related other industries.

- Overseeing a large variety of analyses and all relevant documents, including but not limited to: project initiation, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), proposal comparison packages, letters of intent, and broker's opinions of value for quality and innovation.

- Approve review, analyze, and interpret financial analysis templates, NPV (net present value), and/or IRR (internal rate of return) financial analyses. Facilitates the development of a robust client report package. Prepares and delivers effective presentations to relevant stakeholders.

- Concurrently acts as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent and effectively facilitates the negotiation of business terms and conditions for a wide variety of commercial real estate products.

- Works closely with client's Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure integration between the service requirements of the client.

- Adheres to all state real estate agency requirements. Ensures compliance with corporate policies as they relate to identifying and mitigating potential conflicts of interest.
 
Profile :

- 12- 15 years of work experience in Real Estate/Hospitality background.

- Real estate transaction & execution exposure is highly preferred, it is the ability to establish deep client connect and deliver regular out-of-the box solutions that is an essential skill criterion for this role.

- Requires knowledge of financial modelling, terms and principles.

- Understanding of leasing contracts and clauses and background into transaction management will be advantageous.

- MBA preferred or any similar combination of education and experience.

- Female Candidates preferred
