Qualification: Min M. Com with MBA or CA

Experience not more than 15 Years

Excellent Knowledge of Plant Operations. Preferred from Steel Industry.

- Handling Costing of processes, Stores, purchase, Daily MIS, Co-ordination with marketing, Books of Account, Legal compliance.

- Strong hands-on of Commercial activities in Manufacturing set up.

- Support SALES operations, Invoicing, GST, Taxation Compliance, Dispatches, Logistics Planning, Sale order management, MIS

- Active participation in formulating the pricing strategy for different SKU's, financial modeling and simulation to arrive at deal specific pricing strategy for new channels or geography

- Implementation of new strategies for better coordination between plant and Sales Team.

- Active participation in the planning and budgeting exercise and ensure appropriate targets are assigned in line with the growth strategy of the company and in line with the management guidance and projections.

- Developing short term and long term strategies with Sales and Marketing team accordingly with company targets and report to TOP Management.

- Conducting monthly-based market research and reporting market conditions, current and potential customers and suggestions to Management.

- Constituting and actualizing necessary plans in order to acquire new customers.
