Seeking Sales resource only From Steel Industry:
- Techno commercial exposure in multiple trader e.g.; automobiles & steels.
- A proactive leader & planner with expertise in planning, market penetration, account management, pre sales effort with skills in competitor/market analysis.
- Expertise in tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering technical guidance to the customers & negotiate (commercially) for the orders.
- Business Development - Acquiring new customers to maintain a strong customer base and reducing the company's dependency on a few major regular customers.
- MIS and reports Preparing monthly MIS of the entire South region and other reports useful for decision making.
- Payment Collection/ Receivables management- Ensuring timely payment collection, LC establishments, BOE acceptance etc. from Customers thus regularizing the flow of funds and maintain the dynamics of business.
- Prepare marketing plans and policies for Domestic Market & coordinate with other departments to achieve marketing endeavors.
- Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan and financial model.
- Strong follow up with Plant for Product.
