You will transform the way finance works in the future

Accenture IO&PC team collaborates with CFOs, finance and Global Business Service departments in co-creation and implementation of finance function of the future. Your core responsibilities will include:

- Advisory and deliver large, complex transformation engagements that identify, design and implement business and technology solutions for large companies including blueprinting and benchmarking

- Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.

- Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance

- Design and support implementation of touchless operations covering e.g. touchless accounts payables and digital closing. This levering automation and artificial intelligence etc.

- Advisory to define and support implementation of new global operating models with intelligent back-office functions, digital innovation hub, finance control tower and/or build of improved business partnering capabilities

- Participate in the development and presentations of proposals for business development activities

- Advisory to design and support implementation of new advanced finance capabilities like analytics, advanced forecasting, new digital reporting tools and visualization

Are you the trusted CFO advisor and leader we are looking for?

- You are a well-established CFO advisor (ability to provide strategy, transformation and technology articulateness), who is on the forefront of shaping finance of the future. You understand what opportunities new technologies have in store for finance, plus you already have a proven track record of implementing digital finance solutions.

- You excel in developing strong client relationships, drive client dialogue both at finance manager and at CFO level, and in originating, shaping and delivering value-led finance projects.

- You are a solid team player who thrives when working in a fast-paced, high energy and project-oriented environment.

- You have excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team.

- You are an action and results-oriented, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured, quality focused and adaptable.

- You are flexible and capable of travel.

- You have done shaping of solutions, process diagnostics, blueprinting and are savvy with PowerPoint and Excel

- You have the ability to lead complex benchmarking studies for finance service delivery models, and ability to develop and execute plans to achieve future state needs (e.g. operating model structure with shared services, COE- s, spans and layers etc.)
