Role : F&A Operational Excellence / RPA / Quality

Position Summary:

Lead and support strategic initiatives crossing business teams and operating groups

Function as a Six Sigma Consultant to coordinate and complete projects

Define performance and results and manage project team

Strategy deployment framework and execution of a number of Strategic initiatives, including Mergers and Acquisitions.

Organization wide Business Process Re-engineering through Lean, Six Sigma and Operations Research Modelling resulting in significant Process Cycle Efficiency enhancement.

Apply best practice to determine opportunities for efficiency and improvement via process and location-focused solutioning, determining and applying innovative designs where required to meet business / operations requirements

Work closely with the process implementation and location teams to identify and promote changes to existing processes and related systems that are suitable for further development, automation and right-shoring

Experience and skills:

12+ years of relevant experience into Business excellence.

Should have strong financial and client facing skills (strong delivery leader)

In depth understanding of the Minibots features, functionalities & limitations

Good knowledge of Lean and six sigma / Certification in Lean and other quality practices added advantage

Should have experience into Robotics process automation business execution experience at clients.

In depth understanding of features & functionalities of RPA tools.

Worked on tool like Blue Prism and Automation

Multi Domain and Process Expertise across Global Markets.

Should have mentored and led BB and GB projects- Acts as a mentor to Six Sigma and Lean projects. Ability to merge Technology & Process

Drive Improvement projects on:

Productivity

Improve SLA performance

Interact with client/ internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives

Lead a global projects in BE

MBB certified mandatory.

Drives the OE program for a client/ clients in a site/ across sites

Basic Qualifications:

Graduate in Finance or Engineering, MBA Preferred

Accredited Lean Expert and/or Six Sigma Black Belt/ Green Belt

Relevant experience in process improvement/ consulting roles in financial services or banking operations

Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment;

Experience in working with complex, interdependent process frameworks;

Experience in analysis of risks within processes and design of mitigating controls.
