Accenture - Technology Consulting Manager - SAP SD - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

We are looking for Manager-SAP SD for Accenture.

Locations: Bangalore and Mumbai

Qualifications: MBA from a Tier 1 B School

Key Responsibilities:

Engagement Management:

- Lead or support project teams in the delivery of projects

People Development:

- Develop a team of professionals to enable growth

- Perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm's staffing process, and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities

Domain Knowledge

- Good knowledge of SAP SD and S4 HANA with minimum 8 years of experience in SAP SD and experience of two full-scale project implementations

- Participate in the solutioning, design, build, testing, data migration and cutover of SAP implementations, and troubleshooting and support

- In-depth functional knowledge of SD and end-to-end business process and integration

- Experience in configurations and process design

- Participate in capacity and resource design, assessing risks and contingency support for any ongoing or upcoming projects

- Build strong working relationship with external stakeholders and should be able to convince or negotiate in case of conflicts

- Responsible for recommending solutions considering the scope of client requirements

Skills Required :

- Experience in managing teams and has leadership skills

- Should demonstrate a team-oriented and collaborative approach,

- Excellent communication skills, including strong oral and written communication capabilities

- Excellent client-facing skills along with the prior demonstrated experience of leading teams at various stages

- Project management skills including the ability to work and plan effectively with minimal direction in ambiguous situations, and manage the implementation of the plan

- Must be able to work with limited direction and self-driven
