Role Description :

- The Talent Innovation Studio lead is responsible for leading research and experimentation at the Talent Innovation Studio, located in the India Learning Center in Bangalore. The Studio Lead works within the Global Talent Research & Innovation and Global New Tech for Talent teams, and in collaboration with innovation ecosystem partners to evolve and execute the vision of the studio. 


Responsibilities include:

- Design, facilitate and apply research and experimentation to create innovative solutions to discover, inspire and grow exceptional talent at Accenture

- Partner with Accenture Labs and Accenture Talent & Organization as part of a Talent Cross-Group Initiative (CGI), to apply new technologies to priority experiments, bringing innovation to Accenture employees that can be used as case studies for our clients

- Design and execute progressive and rigorous measurement strategies for studio experiments, ensuring learnings are gathered, shared and applied, to be able to scale innovative solutions

- Work with the India Learning Center team to integrate experiments into learning courses, and to organize learner visits to the studio to collect ideas and test solutions, creating opportunities for people at the ILC to explore, learn and contribute in the studio

- Develop a network of innovation partners, both internal and external (e.g., academics, thought leaders) to Accenture, creating an ecosystem for ideation and execution of innovative solutions

- Represent and amplify the work of the study including hosting client visits, conducting leadership tours, and publishing thought leadership from the studio

- The person in this role is expected to work daily from the Talent Innovation Studio at the India Learning Center in Bangalore.

Role Scope :

- The Talent Innovation Studio lead role is responsible for designing and executing research and experimentation that enhances the experiences of the people of Accenture. The scope is primarily focused on recruiting, onboarding, performance and learning experiences.


- This is an internally focused innovation role that leverages the best of the innovation practices we use with our clients, and that executes in partnership with both internal and external innovation ecosystem partners. While internally focused, the outcomes, learnings and scalable solutions serve as case studies and innovation inspiration for our client facing teams as well.

Qualifications :

- Degree and / work experience in an innovation related field (innovative technology, behavioral science, etc.) masters preferred.

- Experience in designing research and experiments to generate innovation solutions.

- Experience researching and applying innovative technologies to talent opportunities or challenges.

- Experience with new ways of working including applying an agile methodology and design thinking, with a customer-first mindset.

- Relationship builder with the experience and savvy to interact with senior Accenture and client leadership.

- Listener, learner and amiable leader able to facilitate a supportive team climate conducive to generative thinking and innovation.

- Experience and/or interest working with a global, multi-cultural and virtual team.

- Aligned with Accenture's core values and commitment to Truly Human / Performance Achievement behaviors.
