Job Responsibilities:

The Senior manager role would have 4 aspects to it:

- Origination - This will involve working with Account Leadership in understanding Client stakeholders, and opening opportunities

- Solutioning :

- Lead the conversation with clients (Especially in Chemical and Natural Resources space) in early stages

- Work and coordinate with the solution teams once the opportunity emerges

- Stakeholder Management and Delivery governance :

- Responsible for maintaining current relationships with the client and build new ones (by identifying new opportunities),

- Run governance for delivery projects under selected areas on a regular basis

- Determine clients' business needs, create customized SAP solutions, and smoothly integrate SAP applications with existing IT infrastructure.

- Be a part of a large team that supports different streams of work for all the SAP Projects

Educational qualifications:

- Must have Bachelor's in Technology from premier Institute

- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management (PGDM) from premier institutes preferred.

Skill Requirement:

- Experience of operating within SAP service delivery role, providing administrative and customer facing support across several delivery processes

- Deep rooted experience of delivering projects with SAP FICO implementation

- Deep understanding of ITIL based Service Delivery Processes and Framework

- Experience of working in a Managed Service environment

- Ability to convey decisions and requirements succinctly and appropriately

- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with the Customer and Stakeholders.

- Proven success in contributing within a team environment

- Demonstrated leadership skills

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Onshore, client-facing experience across a variety of industries

- Hands-on delivery in major IT Transformation Programmes.
