Accenture - Senior Manager/Manager - Consumer Goods & Services Consulting - Supply Chain Domain - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Looking for a Manager/Snr Manager from Tier 1 Colleges for Consumer Goods & Services - Supply chain.

Engagement Management:

- Lead or support project teams in delivery of projects

People Development:

- Develop a team of professionals to enable growth

- Perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm's staffing process, and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities

Domain knowledge:

- Assist the concerned managing director and senior manager in developing Accenture's practice around Digital

- Shape and deliver solutions for client's business problems leveraging digital

- Build deep and meaningful client c-suite relationships:

- A minimum of 10- 15 years of progressive business and consulting experience

- Experience in a consulting firm, or extensive work experience in the consumer goods industry

- Should have worked in the areas of sales and marketing, brand management, product management, among others

- An excellent, established track record for selling and delivering consulting engagements

- Experience working with C-level executive clients

Experience : Minimum of 7 years experience

Qualification : MBA from a Tier 1 B School

Location : Bengaluru and Mumbai
