Opeartional Analytics - - PAM
Predictive Asset Maintenance (PAM)
The candidate will be responsible to create, configure, and monitor predictive models for industrial assets and operations to predict and diagnose abnormalities/failures and improve asset/plant productivity/efficiency based on periodic or live data feed from client sites. The candidate shall - interface with clients to understand engineering/business problem and translate it into analytics problem that shall deliver insights for action and operational improvements.
Additionally, the role would require support for pre-sales as well as creation of re-usable assets and publications based on past Accenture projects. The roles would be based out of India but may require extended travel and stay overseas and in India as per company policy.
Experience:
Ideal candidates would have an engineering degree preferably in chemical/mechanical/petrochemicals/ utilities domain. A minimum 2~3 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing or related areas is needed with at least 1 year in advanced analytics. Hands-on experience with at least one of the analytics tool (e.g. R, SAS, Python, SPSS, Minitab etc.) is compulsory.
Mandatory Skills:
- Deep understanding of descriptive and predictive modeling
- Hands on experience with the analytics tools in the predictive analytics domain
- Appreciation of underlying business fundamentals in the predictive maintenance area
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with MS word, excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SQL or other DBMS would be preferred.
