Job Summary:

- MBA in HR from tier 1 collage (or tier 2)

- Functional requirements

- Should have worked in HR / Recruitment areas for at least 7-8 years (please exclude shared services / HR Operations experience)

- Should have lead large scale transformation projects in the area of HR Technology e.g. implementation of new technology solution / ERP including

- Requirement gathering for the new solution

- Drive requirement gathering discussions internally as well as with the service provider

- Should be familiar with technical architectures / agile method

- Should have experience in gathering requirements for a large project

- Facilitate Design final solution and secure required approvals

- Should have sound understanding on HR processes design

- Process flows and how to design process as well as system workflows

- Risk assessment and tracking

- Work on testing, training and change management

- Project manage entire initiative
