Key Responsibilities:

Engagement Management:

- Lead or support project teams in delivery of projects

People Development:

- Develop a team of professionals to enable growth

Perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm's staffing process, and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities

Domain knowledge:

- Deliver SAP Ariba projects under fixed-time constraints

- Participate with clients in requirement gathering sessions to identify the project scope and then prepare scoping documents

- Understand client requirements; provide solutions, functional specifications; and configure the system accordingly

- Advise clients on industry/cross-industry leading practices

- Advise clients on recommended processes and functions

- Lead the client teams through the implementation cycle including planning and execution of testing, migration and cutover

- Create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client

- Create process flows for the clients proposed business processes

- Prepare process definition document/design document (PDD) and business process procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided

- Configure Ariba System according to client requirements and integrate it with other SAP systems such as ECC

- Lead and support SAP Ariba/MM pursuits, and practice development initiatives

Skills Required

- Experience in managing teams and has leadership skills

- Should demonstrate a team-oriented and collaborative approach,

- Excellent communication skills, including strong oral and written communication capabilities

- Excellent client-facing skills along with prior demonstrated experience of leading teams at various stages

- Project management skills including the ability to work and plan effectively with minimal direction in ambiguous situations, and manage the implementation of the plan

Must be able to work with limited direction and self-driven

Experience : Minimum of 7 - 10 years experience

Qualification MBA from a Tier 1 B School
