Skills and Qualification  - Master's degree or Ph.D. from a reputed university with specialization in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics or Equivalent or Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics.  - 9-12 Years of relevant experience in the development and implementation of Machine Learning algorithms in any platform.  - Should be proficient in GPU programming, NVidia CUDA, Theano, Caffe, MXNet, CNTK, or TensorFlow or Keras frameworks, R, Wolfram, Scala or similar machine learning languages/packages and or analytical tools  - Should have proficiency in Spark, Hadoop, Mahout, Python, R, Matlab, Java, Javascript, C++, Node.js, LISP, Prolog etc.  - Should have advanced skill level with machine learning environments (e.g., R, sci-kit-learn, Theano, Torch, and Tensorflow etc.)  - Should have advanced skill level in data mining/automated knowledge acquisition, representation & reasoning, characterization, and validation of cognitive systems via user studies  - Familiarity with neural nets and deep learning topologies such as convolutional nets, recurrent nets, RBMs, autoencoders, etc.  - Exposure to research in neural nets such as memory augmentation, reinforcement learning, and representational learning is beneficial.  - Applying machine learning methodology, with emphasis on applying and integrating AI, graph analytic and deep learning preferred  - Manipulating high-volume, high-dimensional data from varying sources to highlight patterns, anomalies, relationships and trends with machine learning Techniques  - Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Text Mining (word2vec, LDA models ), KRR  - Deep Learning (Torch / Tensorflow / Theano/ CUDA toolkit/ CuDNN / Caffe), CNN/RNN/LSTM   - Data structures, algorithms and software design, Python, MongoDB, Java   - Thorough knowledge of data structures, algorithms, profiling/optimization, and Object-Oriented and Functional Programming  - Experience with building high-performance, highly-available and scalable distributed machine learning systems  - Demonstrated understanding of core Machine Learning methodologies like regression, classification, clustering, predictive analytics, decision trees, natural language processing, neural networks & deep learning, support vector machines   - Experience with Amazon AWS services  Expectations :  - Be the face of Accenture and client managing role in articulating Accenture offerings in the AI, ML, RPA,   - Understand client context/processes and articulate application of AI, ML, RPA etc to derive value of investment and lead the client organization to the next generation of digital applications  - Grow the AI, Machine Learning Engineering team by hiring as well as developing engineers within your existing team  - Interface and communicate regularly with our senior management and technical architects  - Be abreast of industry trends in AI, ML, RPA and commercial applications and products developed in this area  - Lead the implementation of AI, ML concepts to industry commercial offerings either through, Automation, IoT- s, Machine Learning and drive those initiatives, and take ownership of the deliverables  - Be a hands-on contributor during the entire development cycle from conception & design all the way through release  - Help to design and build tools for the Data Science team to mine data at scale  - Ensure the scalability of Machine Learning analytics across millions of networked sensors  - Work closely with Programmers, data scientists in early phases of products developed to understand their research, develop new tools, and ensure smooth integration and scalability of data science algorithms
