Accenture is looking for a Campaign Manager who is highly proficient in SFMC and can manage multiple projects with ease. Ideal candidate should have experience in conceptualizing &/or executing digital marketing programs that leverage digital channels. Also, should be interested in consultative selling and should have exposure to the broader digital marketing ecosystem. The person should have experience in carrying out due diligence, identifying gaps and providing recommendations on Campaign Management projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Ensure resource availability and allocation

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

- Use and continually develop leadership skills

- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

Marketing Campaign (SalesForce Marketing Cloud)

- Comprehensive understanding of the campaign management life cycle across various delivery channels

- Working knowledge of customer data processes and solutions (customer hierarchy, address standardization and optimization, data enrichment)

- Hands on experience in Sales Force Marketing Cloud (Exact Target)

- Experience in optimizing business and technical processes

- Ability to translate business objectives into a comprehensive action plan

- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.

- Experience with onsite and remote technical resources

- Ability to strategize email marketing campaign

- Knowledge of best practices for email creative and templates

- Understanding of segmentation, dynamic content delivery and testing methodologies

- Familiarity with planning, implementing and analyzing online marketing initiatives across multiple online channels

- Experience designing and executing online customer experiences and / or implementing online marketing programs

Skill :

- SFMC marketing experience, including strategy, implementation, analytics and reporting

- Strong project management skills: experience coordinating cross-functional teams, delivering results and meeting tight deadlines

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Agile delivery methodology (good to have)

Qualification Criteria :

- More than 10 years of experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in SFMC (Exact Target) project

- Hands on experience with Industry leading campaign management platforms
