Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:
- Prior experience in manufacturing and supply chain in areas of operational excellence, digital and analytical used cases, Industry 4.0
- Good understanding of IT-OT architecture including overall ISA 95, data lakes, plant automation, plant network, security protocols and industry standards
Bring your industry experience :
- Experience of working in any of the following industries - Lifesciences, Pharma, Medical devices, Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S), Automotive, Industrial Equipment and deep understanding of detailed business processes, concepts of manufacturing IT and impact of digital on manufacturing
- Be adept at collaborating in a multi-stakeholder environment handling complex digital projects engagements, preferably in a global network
Responsibilities
Client Delivery:
- Delivery oversight on client engagements, manage relationships with client leadership, coach teams and deliver compelling and net new offerings while creating significant stakeholder value. Managing engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, defining deliverable content, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client
Practice Development:
- Reimagine, build, and transform client business and operations by developing cutting edge assets, tool and methodologies, development of PoV's, research, white papers, support development of Go-to-market offerings
Sales & Business Development:
- Responsible for developing new business, driving sales by participating and leading end to end sales origination to conversion process
People Development:
- Manage and mentor talented teams of consultants and deep technologists supporting, providing input and guidance into the talent strategy and actively participate in engagement, capability development activities
Your experience counts!
- MBA from IIM/Tier-1 business school
- BE/B.Tech from IIT/NIT/Tier-1 institute
- 12+ years of industry / consulting experience with 10+ years experience in the consulting/industry in Life science (Pharma Manufacturing including Generics)
