Overall : - Plan, design, manage and measure the success of recruiting projects and build a collaborative relationship and partner closely with each GU Recruiting lead, thus enabling operational efficiencies in recruitment delivery and lead high-impact, recruiting initiatives. - Work with the Resource Forecasting Lead and Resource Pool Leads to understand short and long-term talent objectives and hiring forecasts; create and implement short-term tactical plans to meet SLA performance metrics and financial targets through the efficient use of human resources, technology and maximization of workforce - Drive cost optimization by employing appropriate channel mix strategies - Act as the Recruiting SME for hiring and partner with local recruitment teams to identify key challenges and work towards implementable solution - Leverage industry best practices to drive recruitment outcomes, elevate candidate experience and faster hiring timelines while leading large operations team managing various recruitment activities from candidate sourcing to candidate onboarding. - Ability to guide team towards common objective, strategize and plan manage spike in hiring numbers in collaboration with recruitment stakeholders and business leaders. - New age hiring practice to develop new age digital solutions to manage candidate sourcing and interview management. - Engage with HR and Business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies and key recruiting initiatives - Work with Marketing and Communications team on external branding and candidate experience, collaborate with business, HR and Recruitment leadership to drive supply-demand planning to meet overall business objectives - Develop approach for recruitment systems initiatives, critical components and timeline, ensuring scope is clearly defined and expectations are articulated to all team members and key stakeholders involved - Act as key point of contact for HR Recruitment team to interface with HR Shared Service on solution, escalation and outcomes. - May also be responsible for the development, implementation and functionality enhancement for recruitment system and functional components, i.e. general usage, content and reporting - Oversee HRSS Budget for the respective span, deliver to budget and drive cost to service initiatives. - Analytical and Market Intelligence expertise to bring decision making insights and help leadership make right decisions. - HR Compliance from recruitment process, BGC requirements to be adhered and decisions to be made based on GU Compliance requirements. Basic Qualification: - MBA in HR from Top Tier Institutes - Exceptional communication skills - verbal / written - Strong client presence - Ability to work with senior stakeholders in HR and BPS leadership - Past experience in HR Recruitment Operations with leading/reputed multinational company is a must - Experience of managing large span (200+ FTEs) - Must have 18 yrs - 20 yrs+ experience in recruitment at scale and 8+ years of experience in managerial position
