Job Description

Develop and/or implement an HR Innovation product strategy, product roadmap and year out release plans. Use market research to develop a market-wide understanding of employer/employee problems and requirements. Provide thought leadership on the differentiation and competitive edge while ensuring internal leadership alignment, the industry and current programs. Work with stakeholders to leverage tech and innovation ecosystem partnerships to build leading edge innovative HR product.

1. Identify the new HR tech product possibility with a close eye on future industry and tech trends.

2. Prioritize basis leadership direction on business priorities and ground up innovation ideas from Field HR teams

3. Build business cases including relevant value propositions and strategic fit based on Accenture Technology needs, employee needs and competitive assessment of the market

4. Get leadership buy in for the funding

5. Prepare product vision, product development strategy & roadmap, product positioning

6. Architect the employee experience along with tech user experience teams using human centered approach, co creating with stakeholders

7. Work with the CIO team to develop scoping of the product release, prioritizing of product functional and technical capabilities and the overall product release roadmap using agile and iterative methods, with periodic validations with the user group

8. Ensure the Tech teams are delivering product releases as per the approved budget, on schedule and at quality standards

9. Manage/ Govern the entire product portfolio build/maintenance, scaling and transition efforts
