Accenture - Head - Demand & Supply Planning - FMCG/F&B

Main Purpose of Job

Head Supply Planning be responsible for balancing demand with Supply, Works closely with Factories and S&OP to drive supplies and give supply commits . Will be responsible for overall optimisaing inventories at factories and ensure raw material availability and working with material planner and production planners to drive the consensual plan.

Key Deliverables:

- Leading Supply Planning team

- Ensure Mfg units produce basis agreed plan

- Participate in S&OP process, capacity planning and NPD process

- Interact with the Divisions, Operations, purchase, SCM, issues related to production execution

- Develop Vendor Scorecards and drive OTIF

- Transform and evolve the supply chain by focusing on supply planning, materials, S&OP, manufacturing and people, combining both strategic and operational skill sets;

- Maximize customer service levels whilst balancing inventory levels;

- Minimize capacity constraints and build accurate capacity modelling tools;

- Manage a team of staff spread across a variety of locations;

- Integrate third party manufacturers and co-packers.

- Regional Sales team, regional SCM team, Manufacturing Head

Key Experience requirement

- 10-12 years of relevant operational experience at region level in at least one of the areas:

- Demand and Supply Planning

- Leading team, Working with factories

- MBA preferred

Available to Promise, Factories Inventories Levels, Vendor OTIF, Sustainability Score
