Role :
- Proficient in leading large multiple customer accounts in Finance & Accounting \ Procurement space (across industries with span of 1000+ head counts and with a Deal size of $ 30M+
- Competent in Global account management, Operations management, Process improvement and Cost management.
- Perform Process Maturity Assessment & execute Finance & Accounting Transitions from Initiation to Project handover to delivery
- Providing Transition solutions & commercial inputs & participate in RFIs/RFPs
- Driven Global Transformation projects
- Lead a full solutions life cycle from scope definition, design service delivery model, identify risk and develop mitigation strategies, evaluate potential savings, oversee transition strategy definition and planning, develop cost & business case and validate proposed solution in due diligence activity.
- Work on complex Finance & Accounting RFP's across multiple industry verticals in multi geography & multi process deals. Developing innovative solutions that build value for clients through partnerships & investments. Ensuring optimal solutions through combination of right shoring, technology enablement, productivity & transition planning and automation.
- Responsible for people performance management and have managed a team size of 40 to 70 people
Skill :
- Minimum 12-15 Years of experience in Transitions
- Experience in supporting cross-functional (transition/migration, solution development etc.) global teams in continually identifying and effectively capturing new and previously identified BPO/KPO/LPO service opportunities
- Well versed with Managing operations inclusive of conceptualizing & implementing short / long term plans, managing teams with focus on excelling business targets & service delivery metrics
- Successfully executed short / long term projects and transitions with extensive experience of developing procedures, service standards & operational policies for business excellence
- Managed Operation teams of up to 400 FTE's in case he\she has worked in service delivery.
- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities
