Title /Role: F&A Technology Product Manager

Locaiton: Bangalore

Job Specification:-

- Should have experience in launching/acquiring new products/offerings/creating solutions in O2C, PTP, R2R areas of F&A domain

- Solid experience in working with client/customer management teams to achieve product objectives

- Technical Experience in building/solutions/integrating products in F&A

- Solid Functional Experience in O2C, PTP, RTR - any one of the areas in F&A domain and should have worked in major part of the career in any/all of the areas.

- Should have worked in envisioning, assessing, contracting and onboarding products off the shelf for accelerating the goal of establishing a foothold in F&A Domain

- Expert in executive presentations, client orals, and online presentations targeting multiple stakeholders

- Experience in working with Other Product Managers and Functional Owners for a common goal of establishment of Functional and Technology Roadmaps for F&A organization.

- Experience in working in a matrixed organization and comfortable in coordination/reporting to/supervising higher or lower-level resources in a TEAM setup.

- Experience influencing indirect associates/Vendors/Suppliers for operational success Possess Financial modeling skills and ability to articulate and convince Sponsors on the Return on Investment on the product roadmap

- Experience in Product Management by applying Product Management principles with be a definite plus.

- Engineering, computer science or MIS degree from a reputed university preferred.

- Career Level 9-6

Job Description: -

- Evaluate the market, including new market opportunities, operating models, and technologies, and the emerging needs of customers for the product/Cluster of products

- Evaluate market segments and aligns the already established F&A features with the company's broader offerings

- Understand operational service models, as appropriate for the feature area

- Own the roadmap for chosen categories of the Product and aligns it to the overall F&A strategy and keeps it updated as per the need to the hour.

- Is familiar with the overall F&A technology and product strategy and aligns/positions the product in line with the overall common goal of growth.

- Work with other Product Managers and Functional Product owners to remove overlap and duplication of Functionality and Features across the F&A organization.

- Decide on the prioritized features as per market, user, customer and business requirements.

- Work closely with the Product Functional Owner to cull out the requirements for the functionality that is prioritized.

- Work Closely with Technical Architects and Technical teams for building F&A In-house Tools and Solutions using relevant party tools/products.

- Work closely with Product Development Teams to develop solutions to requirements, review the solutions as they are being built, define the acceptance criteria, and judge when the solutions are ready for release

- Coordinate with Product Development, infrastructure, security, testing, release teams to plan out Releases

- Coordinate with external vendor/suppliers to influence their roadmaps in accordance with own product roadmaps and align releases of features in accordance with their releases.

- Strive to position the product in a self-sustainable model with the right pricing and cost control in coordination with the Product Development and other cost centers.

- Develop a deep knowledge of competitors and develops winning tactics and value propositions

- Develop pricing models to support each product, with all the supporting tools and templates and facts to support the appropriateness of the pricing

- Work with support teams such as marketing and sales to ensure they are successful in launching and selling new features

- Identify current competition and market share and track product competitive positioning (e.g. analyst ratings, number of wins, etc.)

- Engage with the Customer to understand the challenges and roadblocks in the Business and Usage of products in F&A space and incorporate in the product

- Take Frequent feedback from the Customer, User on the Offering/Product and incorporate in the Development Cycle of the product.

- Track Product Usage and develop strategies for increasing adoption and usage by Users/Personas/Buyers ( Internal or External )

Relationships:

Reports to: CTO

- External Relationships: Contact with Other Product Managers, Engineering, Functional Architects, Technical Architects, Development groups and external vendors/suppliers

- Close Engagement with Sales and Customer teams

Location Requirements:

- This role will require daily coordination among resources in India, Europe, and North America.
